Terms of use.
Last updated: September 26, 2026. These draft terms describe the current Yehullu marketplace. The operator should complete the business identity and seller payout details and obtain local legal review before taking public orders.
1. About Yehullu
Yehullu is a marketplace where independent sellers submit digital products and buyers can purchase approved listings. Product descriptions are provided by sellers. Yehullu reviews submissions but does not guarantee that every product will meet every buyer’s expectations.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and use your account lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact Yehullu promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Yehullu may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated policy violations.
3. Buying and payment
Prices are entered in ETB and may also be shown as a USD equivalent using the rate configured by the marketplace. The ETB amount shown at checkout is the amount due. Checkout currently accepts manual payment references for Telebirr, CBE Birr, and direct bank transfer. An order remains pending until an administrator reviews the reference. Do not submit a payment PIN, password, or other account credential.
Keep your receipt and order code. If a payment is not confirmed or was sent to an incorrect destination, contact support with the order code and reference. The payment destination and exchange rate may change; check them again before making a transfer.
4. Digital delivery and refunds
Secure downloads become available from your account after payment is confirmed. Your download access is for the product you purchased and does not transfer ownership of the seller’s intellectual property. If a download is missing, damaged, or not as described, contact support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Because digital products may be accessed after delivery, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Before launch, the operator should publish a clear refund, cancellation, and duplicate-payment policy.
5. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must have the rights and permissions needed to offer each product and must provide accurate descriptions, prices, and usable files. Sellers may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or harmful material. Yehullu may review, reject, unpublish, or remove products and may suspend a seller account when necessary.
The marketplace commission rate is configured by Yehullu and may change for future orders. Current seller payout timing and process must be provided by the operator in a separate seller policy or agreement before sellers accept paid orders. A displayed commission record is not itself a payout guarantee.
6. Product licenses and intellectual property
Sellers retain rights to their original products. When a buyer purchases a product, the seller grants the buyer the personal or business-use license stated on that product listing. Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or share files unless the seller’s license expressly permits it. Sellers must clearly state any additional license restrictions.
7. Availability and liability
Yehullu may update or interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the marketplace is provided as available, and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude responsibility that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
Updated terms will appear on this page with a new revision date. The operator must specify the governing law and dispute process applicable to the business before launch. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
